Return Policy
At La Fuga, we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any items.
Please ensure that all returned items meet the following conditions:
Items must be clean, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Faulty items can be returned for a full refund.
Non-faulty items that are not in a resalable condition (e.g. washed, soiled, damaged) will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.
You can locate your order number in the confirmation email sent to you after purchase.

Bundle Return Policy
If you purchased a bundle that includes a free item with two or more specified products, the bundle can only be refunded in full if all items in the bundle are returned. If any items from the bundle, including the free product, are not returned, we will deduct the value of the missing items from your refund.
Exchanges
At La Fuga, we are happy to offer exchanges if you'd like to swap your product for a different size, color, or style. To make an exchange, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us
Reach out to our customer service team at hello.lafuga@gmail.com or +44 752 205 6896 with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Indicate the new size, color, or product you’d like instead.
Prepare the Item for Exchange
Ensure the product you are exchanging is:
Clean, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
If the item shows any signs of wear or damage, it will not be eligible for an exchange and will be returned to you.
Ship the Item Back
After contacting us, you will receive shipping instructions. Use the return label provided, or send the item back at your own cost, ensuring that you retain proof of shipment until the exchange is processed.
Receive Your New Product
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship your new item. You will receive an email confirmation with your new tracking information.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.
Important
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the original order.
Shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
If there is a difference in price between items, you will receive a payment link for the difference which must be paid within the following three days. Once the payment of the difference has been made, La Fuga will ship the new item to you.
